The complainant pointed out in the application that (1) the original anti-dumping measures were only aimed at products with a density of less than 210D and a toughness of less than 60 CNU/decitex, but did not consider the density of 210D or above (including 210, 420, 630, 840, 1260, 1680, 1890, especially in the field of home appliance manufacturing); (2) Since the original anti-dumping measures only targeted products with a density of less than 210D and a toughness of less than 60 CNU/decitex, and did not consider other products, the complainant requested that the products involved with a density of 210D or above be excluded from the scope of taxation
